Homemaker Services
Need help cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, washing dishes and any other household chores? Seniors over time face the challenge of performing these day-to-day tasks. Tasks that were once upon a time easy for them to do, can now result in incidents such as slips, trips and falls. We are here to help.
Our goal is to provide non-medical, supportive services that ensure a safe and healthy environment for Seniors in their homes… duties performed under Homemaker services include:
- Meal planning
- Light housekeeping
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming floors
- Washing/arranging dishes
- Cleaning kitchen counters
- Cleaning kitchen appliances
- Cleaning/organizing cupboards
- Taking out garbage
- Cleaning the bathtub
- Cleaning the shower
- Cleaning the bathroom sinks
- Cleaning toilets
- Dusting
- Organizing
- Tidying up rooms
- Making the beds
- Changing the linens
- Washing laundry
- Drying laundry
- Ironing clothes
- Putting away laundry
All duties listed under Companion services are included in Homemaker services as well!
